Since 2004, Carlsbad Medical Center has reinvested $35 million in improvements and expansions, which includes an Outpatient Diagnostic Center, an expanded Intensive Care Unit, an upgraded and expanded emergency department, and a renovated Women’s Services Unit. Comprehensive services include inpatient and outpatient care, medical and surgical services, and diagnostic and emergency care, to name a few.
