Healthy Woman is a new, free health information resource from Carlsbad Medical Center for women ages
25 to 54.  It’s designed to provide women with information to maintain a healthy body, mind and spirit for themselves and their loved ones.  Membership is free, and the benefits last a lifetime. 

Our comprehensive health education program informs women about all women's services at our hospital. 
Healthy Woman programs are a free community resource. Monthly events are designed to improve the emotional, physical and fiscal well-being of women and their families.  

We are recruiting members now, as well as interested regional businesses that wish to support our Healthy Woman members and monthly educational programs.
