The Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and the Transitional Care Unit are located on the 3rd floor at Carlsbad Medical Center.  Our mission is to focus on helping our patients to feel well and function well as quickly as possible. Our patient goals are achieved through a multidisciplinary approach.
