Most patients can return to normal daily activities within six to eight weeks, although recovery times vary depending on the severity of the injury and the specific procedure performed. High-impact activities may require a longer rehabilitation period.

While arthroscopic knee surgery offers many benefits, it is not without risks. Potential complications, though rare, may include infection, blood clots, bleeding, nerve injury, or postoperative stiffness. In some cases, surgery may contribute to long-term joint wear, such as osteoarthritis.
