Because we want your hospital stay to be as comfortable as possible, we believe it should begin with a smooth and expedient patient registration/admissions process.
To register for inpatient admission, same day surgery, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, X-rays, mammograms, laboratory tests and stress tests please go to Registration/Admissions located on the first floor in the main lobby.
For your convenience, you may also register for laboratory tests and have your labs drawn at the Outpatient Diagnostic Center on the main campus in front of the hospital. The Outpatient Diagnostic Center is open Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and Fridays 7 a.m. - 2 p.m.
When checking in for inpatient or outpatient services, you may be asked to provide personal and financial information about yourself and consent to the Patient Rights and Responsibilities. The information you share with a trained admissions representative becomes part of your medical record and is kept confidential.
